To date, the foundations for both of the new units have been dug, with associated soil removal, and the steel frame has been erected for the first unit. In addition to this, the acoustic fence along the boundary with our neighbours has been installed.
The key activities that will be happening over the next few months include:
- Erecting the steel frame for the second unit with a crane – w/c 11 July – w/c 8 August
- Installing bricks/blockwork for the second unit – w/c 25 July – w/c 22 August
- Installing roof cladding for the second unit – w/c 22 August – w/c 19 September
- Laying the ground floor for the first unit – w/c 22 August – w/c 12 September
