Construction at Garrick Road Industrial Estate

Following the approval of amendments to the original planning permission (2017) in 2021, Wren construction has now commenced work on Garrick Industrial Centre, Irving Way. The site will provide two new industrial units, 45 new parking spaces, new cycle spaces and associated works. The details of the two planning permissions can be accessed on Barnet Council’s Planning Portal by entering reference 21/2972/NMA for the revised permission or 17/3350/FUL for the original application from 2017.

We are keen to keep our neighbours updated about what construction activities will be happening on site and when these activities will be happening. This website will be regularly updated with news of key milestones on site, as well as details of any construction activity taking place on site.
